I always had this headcanon that Veemon and Impmon were brothers because they have a similar design and the same VA.  I'm sure they'd get along fine, since they're both pretty mischievous, but Veemon is overbearing sometimes so I imagine Impmon would be a bit reluctant at first if they ever met again.

Digimon is pretty iffy on who is related to who anyway so maybe they are brothers.  Who knows.
